    By accessing or using FitFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

    These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including fitness professionals, personal trainers, gym owners, and their clients.

    Important: If you are using FitFlow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

    FitFlow is a comprehensive client relationship management (CRM) platform designed for fitness professionals. Our Service includes:

    • • No credit card required to start your trial
    • • Trial automatically expires without charges
    • • Full access to all features during trial period
    • • Data is retained for 30 days after trial expiration

    6. Data Ownership and Privacy

    • • You can export your data at any time

    8. Service Availability

    9. Account Termination

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    Dispute Resolution

    We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If that's not possible:

    • • Small claims court disputes are exempt from arbitration
